Belgium Endive Salad- Diced tomatoes, caramelized walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and lemon Dijon vinaigrette

She-Crab Bisque-Crab crouton, crème fraiche

Choice of entrée:

Grilled N.Y. Strip- Sautéed mushrooms, crispy onion straws and demi, smoked fingerling potatoes and roasted vegetables

SEARED SALMON- Fried polenta cake, Maque choux, truffle leek cream

Bucatini- Arugula, wild mushrooms, mushroom veloute, parmesan

Boursin Chicken- Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with boursin cream sauce, smoked fingerling potatoes and roasted vegetables

Roasted beet salad- Arugula, goat cheese, radishes, caramelized walnuts and citrus vinaigrette

She crab bisque – Crème fraiche, crab crouton

 Guest’s choice entrée:

Beef tenderloin- Red wine reduction, crispy fried onions, herb roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus

Paella- Shrimp, mussels, white fish, clams, chorizo and chicken with saffron rice

Pan Seared Crab Cakes- Mushroom risotto cake, grilled asparagus, tomato saffron jus

Bucatini pasta- Arugula, wild mushrooms, mushroom veloute and parmesan

Choice of dessert:

German chocolate cake

Strawberry whip cake
