Dinner Menus


These sample dinner menus can be served buffet-style or plated.  Menus vary in pricing based on number of entrees desired.  Plated meals have a choice of up to three entrees for your guests, the standard buffet menu includes a choice of two.  Menus are priced based on selection and customized to fit your needs and budget. 

Buffet or Plated Dinner Options

All entrees include:

  • Choice of one:  Carriage House Smashed Potatoes (traditional, wasabi or white cheddar), Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, Slivered Almond Cous Cous, Three Cheese Risotto, Mushroom Sage Risotto, Lobster Risotto, Scalloped Potatoes, White Penne Mac n Cheese, Saffron Rice, Jasmine Rice, Potato Croquets, Polenta Cakes, Sweet Potato Hash, Purple Potatoes, Potato Medley
  • Choice of one:  Chef’s Choice Fresh Seasonal Vegetable, Roasted Cauliflower with pine nuts, Creamed Root Vegetables, Grilled Asparagus, Green Beans Almondine, Marinated Roasted Vegetables, Sugar Snap Peas, Sauteed Spinach, Creamed Spinach, House-made Collard Greens, Roasted Baby Carrots, Succotash, Sweet Corn, Olive Oil Roasted Vegetables, Green Beans in Shallot Butter, Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
