EGGS BENEDICT- Two poached eggs and Canadian bacon on an English muffin with green hollandaise, breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit
SEAFOOD OMELET- Shrimp, Scallop, Crabmeat and spinach with green hollandaise, breakfast potatoes and fruit
CREP BRETONNE- Ham, gruyere, spinach, mushrooms and béchamel, breakfast potatoes, fruit

The cost of this menu is $40.00 per person plus 12.5% tax and 20% gratuity.
